Get Help

Our Time does not offer one-to-one support but here are a few other organisations that do. If you want to know more about what they will keep confidential and how they keep you safe, please ask when you contact them.

If it is an emergency (you are in danger or feel a life is at risk) please call 999 or go to your local A&E. If it’s about your general health and well-being, please contact your GP.
