Physical activity can have a massive impact on our mood. Just 10-20 minutes a day will improve well-being and help prevent the development of mental health problems.
We’ve designed a #MoveForYourMood exercise challenge to use in schools with simple warmups and activities. We’d love the children to be sponsored, raising much needed funds for Our Time while they complete the challenge.
It will get your body jumping, your heart pumping and your mood LIFTED! Not only will YOU feel better at the end of the programme, but you will have also supported children and young people whose parents have a mental illness.
