Our Time is asking you to take on the #MoveForYourMood exercise challenge! Set yourself a target to aim for – it could be 10 minutes of exercise each day for one month, or more.
Physical activity can have a massive impact on our mood. Just 10-20 minutes a day will improve well-being and help prevent the development of mental health problems. Not only will you feel better at the end of the programme, but you will have also supported children and young people whose parents have a mental illness.
