This week, from 16th to 22nd May, is Mental Health Awareness Week.
We’ll be adding posts all week about how relationships for young people can be affected when you are dealing with a parent with a mental illness and about how good relationships are essential to our wellbeing.
We need to understand just how fundamental relationships are to our health and well-being. We cannot flourish as individuals and communities without them.
