Our primary and secondary PSHE courses give schools the tools they need to help students develop resilience, whether or not they have a parent with a mental health difficulty.
The courses are a suite of lessons, complementing existing PSHE programmes and schemes of work in schools. The aim is to introduce the topic of mental illness and to support students’ mental health and well-being. Teacher guides, clever games, creative resources and class discussion are all included. We also provide online training to build staff confidence in recognising and supporting children who have a parent with a mental illness, embedding mental health awareness in the school culture.
Designed in consultation with teachers, young people and mental health professionals, the courses have been carefully crafted to offer full support to school staff and students. You can find out more about each one below.
