KidsTime Workshop Coordinator

Contract type:  Freelance, part-time
Hours:  20 hours per month (4 hours on site; 16 hours remote and flexible working)
Location:  Woodlands Primary Academy in Greenford on the third Thursday of every month, excluding August, from 4-8pm; remaining hours to be worked remotely
Pay:  £20.00 per hour
Contract length:  9 months, until the end of September 2022
Start date: January 2022

Ealing KidsTime Workshop, a multi-family workshop for whole families where a parent has a mental illness, is looking for a part-time freelance coordinator.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing workshop logistics (scheduling, venues, equipment, transport etc.)
  • Managing referrals and onboarding new families
  • Promoting the workshop across the local community and support services
  • Family outreach – engaging current and new families in the workshop
  • Working together with the Workshop Leader to plan and facilitate fun and engaging workshops for children, young people and families impacted by parental mental illness
  • Project reporting and evaluation
